Purpose and scope
FootageFlag is a personal reference notebook for manually recording where and when to look for footage in a separate camera system. It is not a camera monitor, recorder, evidence-preservation service, emergency system, security guarantee, or professional incident-management tool.
Use of FootageFlag is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and platform rules.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for entering accurate camera labels, times, time zones, notes, and retrieval windows and for checking the original recorder.
- A bookmark does not preserve footage or prevent a NAS, NVR, camera, or cloud service from overwriting or deleting a recording.
- You are responsible for protecting your iPhone and any backup or export files, and for complying with laws and policies that apply to your cameras and recordings.
License and acceptable use
Subject to the complete terms and Apple’s rules, MN Booth LLC grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices associated with your Apple Account. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, defeat technical protections, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it unlawfully.
Purchases
FootageFlag is sold as a one-time paid download through the App Store. The displayed price, taxes, refunds, purchase history, and any redownload eligibility are governed by Apple and the App Store terms for your storefront. FootageFlag has no subscription or in-app purchase.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, updated, suspended, or discontinued, subject to applicable law and Apple’s platform rules. Descriptions of planned functionality do not promise that an unfinished feature will ship.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or preservation of a camera recording. MN Booth LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
MN Booth LLC may update these terms when the app, distribution, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current terms. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and Apple’s platform rules.
