Puzzlely is a recreational number-path puzzle. It is provided for personal entertainment and does not promise a particular outcome, ranking, uninterrupted availability, or preservation of local progress.
Use of Puzzlely is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and platform rules.
Your responsibility
- Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, protections, or distribution.
- Local gameplay data may be lost through app deletion, device reset, backup choices, or migration.
- Challenge codes and gameplay results are for recreation and are not a certified competition record.
License and acceptable use
Subject to the complete terms and Apple’s rules, MN Booth LLC grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices associated with your Apple Account. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, defeat technical protections, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it unlawfully.
Purchases
The optional Unlimited Lifetime unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Localized price, tax, refunds, restoration, and transaction history are governed by Apple.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, updated, suspended, or discontinued, subject to applicable law and Apple’s platform rules. Descriptions of planned functionality do not promise that an unfinished feature will ship.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its website are provided “as is” and “as available.” The complete Terms of Use state the applicable warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
MN Booth LLC may update these terms when the app, distribution, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current terms. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and Apple’s platform rules.
