Use of Kuluka is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and platform rules.

- Review every prompt and message for the person and situation before acting or sending.
- You choose what personal details to store locally and where to export or share them.
- Use appropriate local emergency or professional services when a situation requires them.
License and acceptable use
Subject to the complete terms and Apple’s rules, MN Booth LLC grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices associated with your Apple Account. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, defeat technical protections, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it unlawfully.
Purchases
Kuluka is currently offered without subscriptions or in-app purchases. Availability and features may change subject to the current published terms and applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, updated, suspended, or discontinued, subject to applicable law and Apple’s platform rules. Descriptions of planned functionality do not promise that an unfinished feature will ship.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its website are provided “as is” and “as available.” The complete Terms of Use state the applicable warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
